Support APNs keys for VoIP push instead of VoIP certificate

Is there a plan to support setting APNs key instead VoIP certificate for iOS?
the usage of VoIP certificate is redundant and requires maintenance once a year, while using APNs key is supposed to never expire - making it a simpler and better solution
