App version

5.3.11

Device environment

iOS 17.7 - iPhone 13 Pro
iPadOS 18.2.1 - iPad 11" 2019

Bug description

While experimenting with adding tokens to widgets, I:

  1. added a 2FAS widget to the widget list
  2. added some tokens to it
  3. decided that I wanted a different-sized widget, so I deleted it and added another one in a different size
  4. attempted to add the same tokens to the new widget, only to find that the tokens I added to the original, now-deleted widget are now unavailable

Solution

My only workaround was to delete the app and reinstall it; once it had restored the tokens from its iCloud backup, I was able to re-populate the widget as I saw fit.

Additional context

I re-checked on iPadOS running iOS 18 and saw the same behaviour. (Widgets can now be resized after being added, which is nice.)
