Hello, is ethon still maintained?

I'm asking because I'm interested in some changes, including:

Test against 3.3 and 3.4 (a lot of segfaults and the CI suite didn't age well)
Opt in for MFA
Set minimum required ruby version (which is >= 2.3.0 because of FFI requirement)
Drop legacy code (Ruby < 2.3)
Attempt to fix Unable to perform a multipart PUT typhoeus#389

I'm willing to contribute, at least on easy things, but I would like to know in advance if the contribution will be considered
