No auto generated name option for startConfigPortal() #101

Would be great to have the option to leave startConfigPortal() blank to have it generate the AP name the same way that autoConnect() does.

yup, makes sense to restructure it to have that as well

@solexious The WiFiManager version at https://github.com/kentaylor/WiFiManager/ does that now.
