Description

Google seems to have added a new ad unit called "People also consider" that shows search queries for sponsored products related to your search, and uBlock Origin does not yet block it.
Per Google's own description when you click the vertical ellipses (⋮):

This is a sponsored unit placed by Google. This type of unit is always labeled with “Sponsored”. It provides commercial search suggestions related to your search terms. The suggestions are ranked using a number of factors, including relevance to your search terms, and likelihood of showing Ads.
