Unfortunately yes it does. Vudu.com has to be excluded from vpn

Oh also, I noticed in the screenshot you attached to the first post of the thread that you have the Brave Shields on. Test with them off and uBO at its default settings.

Otherwise if it doesn't work, you have to wait until somebody from the US is able to reproduce this and find a fix.
