Description

When closing the mentioned website and reopening the last closed tab from history, the website can't load at all.
Happens on all filtering modes.
Prevents website from loading upon Safari restart when website tab is pinned.

"uBlock filters" in Default section is the culprit. When it's switched off, the problem doesn't occur.

clear all cookies / cache, reinstall uBOL, disable other extensions, test again

After applying recommended actions, it's working correctly only after 1st close of a tab and reopening from history.
Always breaks on 2nd attempt of closing and reopening, unless I'd clear cache and cookies again.

(All of that assuming you selected "Accept all for free" when it's asking you to either pay or to accept the cookies)

Tested on iOS and result is the same.

Also noticed when trying to go back in history on the failed tab which was reopened from history, there's this code being displayed instead of the website:

I tried to reproduce on iPad and I could not reproduce. I didn't try on mac mini yet, I will try when I have access to it.

For some reason, screen recording doesn't record any menus of Safari or macOS, so I've provided some screenshots instead.
Attached screenshots show each following step after accepting cookies on the website and after closing it.
All of that on default settings of the extension.
If I turn off "uBlock filters" in filter list, the problem doesn't occur.

I can reproduce on Mac. If I let Safari set uBOL's permission to Ask (aka Basic mode), the issue does not occur on my side. Maybe some issues with redirection.

Testing on Safari 18.6, I am still unable to reproduce.
