Gazebo API

Learn how to use ROS control in gazebo to interact with the robot (from my experience with pybullet this seems slightly more convoluted but I think it will interface well with the hardware control). This seems like a good place to start.

Relevance

This will allow us to get a feel of the methods we can use to build the environment in the simulator and control the robot. Once we are more familiar with this we will be able to start coming up with more specific (functional) requirements for the simulator.

Priority

High: this is essential knowledge to have before we start coding the simulator
