Add user

when a user uses the application for the first time, they create are persisted in the system

We don't have to handle authentication at this point in time, unless there's interest in implementing something like that. we can settle for dummy auth, for the time being.

Done criteria

• a user is able to "sign up" in the android application.
• an endpoint exists to persist new users.
