Describe the bug

On the page https://docs.projectbluefin.io/contributing#other-useful-links the links for "Open Pull Requests" and "Open Issues" go to the github 404 page. This only occurs when the user clicking on the link is not logged into github. This can be replicated by right-clicking on one of the links and opening in a private window.

What did you expect to happen?

I expect to be linked to a page describing open pull requests or open issues, depending on the link.

Extra information or context

I'm not sure if there's a way to link to the intended pages without the user needing to be logged into github. If there isn't a way then the documentation page should mention that the user is required to have a github account and be logged in.
