Custom plugin w/ default children type

Hello,

Just seeking confirmation if a normalizer is the best way to set the default type for children of a custom plugin?

For example, adding a plugin to create a card with valid children types passed as options:

const withCard = ({
  validCardChildrenTypes,
}: IWithCardOptions = {}):  WithOverride<SPEditor> => (editor) => {
  editor.normalizeNode = getCardNormalizer(editor, { validCardChildrenTypes });

  return editor;
};

const createCardPlugin = (options?: IWithCardOptions): PlatePlugin => ({
  pluginKeys: ELEMENT_CARD,
  renderElement: getRenderElement(ELEMENT_CARD),
  withOverrides: withCard(options),
});

If there is a better/easier way of doing this please share.

It depends on the constraints: the more you have, the better is to write a normalizer.
