How can I customize my plugins by createPluginFactory?

Plate opened my eyes to the possibility of a highly cohesive and low-coupling processing slate. If I want to customize the plugin myself, I need to know more about the internal operating principles of plate, such as createPluginFactory. Can you provide the relevant information to help me?

My needs is:

• render react node when editor is empty;
• custom inline element such as mention, it looks like tag;
• custom element such as excalidraw, but I need define it's data props, it need query data
