[Bounty] New list item on Shift + Enter

I am currently developing a Slack-style chat app using Plate, including the list plugin.

We use "Enter" to send a message, and so when creating a list, we would love to use shift-enter to create a new list item. However I can't see how to do this. I've had a look through the source code but nothing is standing out to me as how we can achieve this.

At the moment, annoyingly this makes it almost impossible for us to do lists! Is there any workaround or solution?
