[Feature] Print Support

We discovered that Plate is not currently supporting printing out of the box.

1. Table popup appears in the print view
2. Balloon toolbar appears in the print view
3. Image caption visible in the print view with placeholder text ("Write a caption...")
4. Text and Background-colors are not visible in the print view.

We solved the first three points for ourselves but thought that it could be interesting for Plate to have these things natively available.

We would like to contribute, but wanted to ask first if that feature aligns with your Plate strategy? And if yes, do you have specific requirements for this feature? @zbeyens

Thank you for your interest in contributing to Plate. We are willing to support most features that can be shipped as a plugin or as a plugin option. There is not requirement for printing feature, you can lead that one and we'll give our review once your PR is ready.

I'll post the PR once the feature is ready. It would be very helpful if you keep this discussion open for some time. I would be able to directly ask questions/suggestions if need be keeping the context clear enough.
