[Bug]: table column-resize-handle display error

Which packages did you experience the bug in?

@tiptap/extension-table ,vue3

What Tiptap version are you using?

2.1.12

What’s the bug you are facing?

Column-resize-handle are not displayed to the right of the first cell.
After my test, the reason is caused by merging th cells.
This is not an occasional bug.
The prosemirror/table don't have this issue.
