Main goal: Make sure that issues are clear and concise, especially feature propositions. Help users create issues that are well thought-out.
For inspiration, look at big repos like Godot or Helm. Or any other repos that use templating or issue formatting. May require more than a markdown file (or there may be a separate GitHub feature to implement this).
