Issue with MYNN-SFC when running intel debug

Run-Time Check Failure. The variable 'module_sf_mynnsfc_land_mp_mynnsfc_land_$PSIQ10' is being used in 'module_sf_mynnsfc_land.F90(736,10)' without being defined

This error should be benign in that the drag coefficient that uses PSIQ10 is only used in coupled ocean-atmos configurations, so it probably didn't impact any of our results.
