The current approach enabling RRTMGP's support for static/moving nesting in PR #332 is considered as a temporary workaround solution. Need to develop a generalized solution to better handle the
rrtmgp_[lw|sw]cloud_optics
rrtmgp[lw|sw]_gas_optics
initialization procedure.

Figure out a better approach to handle the rrtmgp_[lw|sw]_[cloud|gas]_optics initialization procedure. And will test with a new added/updated HAFS RT with RRTMGP and moving nesting configurations.
