From AMY: "The Deed of Gift for MG 457 states that Potlatch donates all literary and property rights to all items donated (list included photos) except they retain all rights in any trade name, or trademark of Potlatch Corporation in these items, and copyright to company magazines and newsletters until such copyrights transfer into the public domain."

Currently, the rights statement is misleading.
