VCF files not compatbile with vcf-format

Hi,
I have used nucdiff and I am using the vcf 'yes' option that generates the two vcf files.
But I cannot use these files for follow-up analyses/visualization, because the mandatory INFO column is missing. To solve this, I have added the INFO header and a '.' as value to all lines.
Perhaps this could be incorporated during vcf-file generation? Otherwise this comment might help other users who want to use the vcf-output.
