Error running Taxa Assign #4
Description
I just installed TaxaAssign and when I was trying to test it I got the following error:

I am using TaxaAssign on a mac pro - OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 - mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.9, for osx10.9 (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper - GNU parallel 20151022 (License GPLv3+: GNU GPL version 3)
