Cant set packaged winui3 to deploy and properties meny throwing errors

Current behavior

Lattest version of the Uno Wizard is not currently allowing me to set the Packaged WinUI3 to deploy, show item greyed out and when i select properties on the project i get the following error

In the wizard i select only Winui3 and MacCatalyst, MVVM, then let it generate the code. Cant set the deployment nor can i open the properties screen

Thanks for the report. This is a VS issue that we do not have control over. We're tried with https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Project-Properties-failing-with:-System/10655592, but we'll continue pushing to get a workaround of a fix.
