[Tori - Just in case you finish the other issues and are waiting on new tasks, you can take a quick look into how feasible this might be to implement. We probably will not pursue it for BLCC unless it is really easy. If nothing else, I would like to incorporate this into [PV]^2. So any researching the topic now will still be beneficial.]

Research the feasibility of implementing a chatbot to use for answering a users questions (FAQ Chatbot). This would make it easier than having to search PDFs for specific information. In most cases, having it in the bottom right corner would not obscure any components.
