We'll need to compare Static Python (with types) to 2 baselines:

Static Python, no types
normal Python interpreter, no types

The might be a big gap between Python & SP because of SP's inline caching. (We should disable the inline cache to be sure.)

To be clear, it's Cinder's IC. Also interesting might be a JIT side by side SP vs no SP.
