Add notebooks/scripts from ENGINE Capstone

As you wrap up the ENGINE Capstone project, please do the following:

• add your notebooks and scripts in this repository with clearly identifiable folder names
• for each of you, write a paragraph of what you did in README.md and link the description to the folder you created

Please complete these by May 22 and push up updates if there are changes before your presentation on May 30.
