[5.0.1 L10n Admin Guide] Asciidoc formatting of list / indent is being corrupted. Happens in JA, KO and ZH_CN. This is a file with new content for the Admin Guide.

Errors begin occurring from the section ‘==== Removing an Individual Channel’.
This section is not formatting as expected in the CJK output PDFs.
• Lists are corrupt - list items are being merged,
• An entire Procedure is being hidden: Procedure: Remove Packages from the Database via the Web UI.
• Procedure titles are not formatting in the correct size and colour.
• Icon for Note section is missing (KO and ZH_CN).
The errors are not always the same in the three C J K languages.
