Fake RH CDN subscription "web app/proxy" for testing #11540

Short description
Users often use SMLM to cache RH repos, they need RH CDN access (https://documentation.suse.com/suma/4.3/en/suse-manager/client-configuration/clients-rh-cdn.html)... This is not available for people testing that.
Could you we fake it (eg. via a python flask web app, which would provide fake "Red Hat certificate authority (CA) and entitlement certificate, and an entitlement key" and use eg. some RHEL-clones repo to fake real RHEL repo and packages)?
Details
- When a user does ask us, how to add RHEL repos, we have no way to "simulate it"
- With a "fake" CDN and proxy, we could "simulate" it
