Creation screen sometimes gets disconnected from the process it's tailing.

Describe the bug
Sometimes the Create progress screen (dialog --tailbox command) will just freeze. When I detach from the container and exec into it and tail the logs directly, the cluster is creating fine, but it is just not reflected in the dialog screen.

Additionally, it looks like when I use the Exit button, the creation script continues in the background.

Expected behavior
The dialog screen should tail the command every time and when Exit is pressed it should cancel the creation process.
