Problem

prometheus_scrape cannot follow HTTP redirects.

The Prometheus source uses the shared HTTP client that doesn’t seem to be able to handle redirects in general. If this is desired behavior it should be relatively straightforward to implement, I think - let me give it a try.

Prometheus now follows redirects by default, so I think it should be considered the expected behavior.
