I used dhcp2tailarach_3.nii.gz in atlas3 and found it unsuccessful.

Hi Junjia-He,
The dhcp2tailarach_1 and dhcp2tailarach_3 are provided with the pipeline in NeoRS/NeoRS/atlases3.
They are by default defined in the setup_neors.m function so nothing has to be changed to use them with NeoRS.
If you are having troubles with matlab finding the paths you can try to addpath and subfolders. To do so: Home> Set Path>Add with subfolders... select NeoRS.
