My suggestion for the new ERD structure, since we're going for more than one frameworks from this point:

Everything below the Frameworks entity (ex assessments) will be generated only if the user asks for the framework and its dependencies.
Example:
If user wants EU AI Act, only related tables will be generated when first creating the project. Same for other frameworks.
If user asks to add other frameworks later, we will then generate them as well.
