Where's the actual project? There aren't any releases, there aren't any executables. There's nothing to install.

See http://dm.tzi.de/en/touch2tuio/ for the original project, this code needs to be compiled, and is included as part of the vialab/SMT to allow SMT to support Touch devices.

If you really want an executable compiled from this repo without compiling it yourself you can find it in a vialab/SMT release in the resource folder.
