DOCS-4087: autonomous decision-making

Builds out two proper guides of in-module autonomous decision-making logic.

Removes the minimal, not terribly useful 'industrial' examples from the previous page.

TODO: Make easier to run this logic in a module. Copy pasting isn't quite enough.
