Gapless audio playback

Hello! I am liking the project so far.

While testing against my Navidrome server, I have noticed a brief pause or delay between automatic track switching with aonsoku which affects gapless albums (where the end of a track flows directly through the beginning of the next one without a break or transition) and makes them...well, not-so-gapless albums on playback!

I tested with MP3 and FLAC sources. I tested with two computers, one on LAN and the other not on my local network. I then installed a few other Subsonic clients to ensure it wasn't an issue with my specific server, and gapless audio worked as expected with the ones I tried.

Is this something that could be remedied or improved in some way? Perhaps some sort of "next track pre-load" or configurable caching to allow for this? I can also provide some (copyright-free) test media if that would be helpful.

@victoralvesf noticed an similar thing of files either not playing at all if they are encoded with an older Version of the flac encoder or has other specialities attached to it like some metadata maybe? Also Playback is stopping in the middle or 3/4 of the file and then going to the next title. Tho this behavior only happens on the webui Version of Aonsoku. It never happend to far for the Build Desktop versions. Hope that helps to figure out some Bugs regarding Audio Playback.

Also probably related might be the nginx settings. Could you maybe show us an config that would be the best for using webui aonsoku? Would be great.

Let me know if you need example tracks that dont play at all? Probably that not playing at all might be an more navidrome Problem than aonsoku. But i might as well let you know about it too.

Hi everyone i want to add to that discussion. I really like the design and features of the player a lot, but i noticed the same issue especially while skipping through bigger playlists and then waiting for the player to load after switching to a new track.

I installed aonsoku via the deb package and am on the current version 0.9.1.

I didn't find any option to set something like cache 3 Songs in advance which probably would solve this issue.

But still this is by far the best desktop player for navidrome, so a very big thanks for that!

Live albums and Pink Floyd albums need this as soon as possible. :)

Would be a great feature to add; and as to not +1, perhaps an option to remove silence from the start and end of tracks in addition to gapless playback would be pretty awesome!!!
