Create way to get gutsmash output in a computer readable output for downstream analysis #18
Description
I have run gutsmash on some of my data, but I find that the website it generates, while pretty, is of limited use for downstream analysis, such as comparing results between samples to see if there is a difference. Is there any way just to get the results out in a table?
