Pages does not remember your selections

On all pages same problem when you select/edit something when you go to another page and return to the page your selections are reset to default values.

Page SEND: reset your custom fee to default value "LOW" after any operation: change page, send coins.

Page Receive: after click "show other.." public addresses are listed. You have to do it every time you are revisit this page.

Resetting inputs is standard practice. Ability to set default fee should be configurable. Added enhancement tag
