Option to exclude scanning/parsing directories

An option to exclude scanning of specified directories and files would be a nice touch and a speedup.

For example, output directories from building an APK, outputs from an in-tree compile, intermediate generated files, .git directories, etc.

How it works

Default behavior (no flag):
Automatically excludes all directories matching common ignore patterns (.git, .venv, node_modules, __pycache__, site-packages, build, etc.) at any nesting level. A message is shown:

Auto-excluding common directories (venv, node_modules, .git, etc.). Use --interactive-setup to customize.

With --interactive-setup flag:
Shows a grouped table of detected directories and lets you choose which to keep:

Options:

• all - keep all (don't exclude any)
• none - keep none (exclude all, default)
• 1,3 - keep groups 1 and 3
• 2e - expand group 2 to see/select individual nested paths

When expanding a group:

This allows granular control - e.g., keep a specific submodule's .git while excluding the root .git.
