holoRouter 9.0.1 prompts for offline depot user name but defaults to admin #60

Describe the bug

holoRouter VCF installer assumes account for offline depot is admin. You can specify a different account but installer uses admin:

Enter offline depot IP/FQDN: offlinedepot.vcflab.local
Enter offline depot port: 80
Enter offline depot protocol (http/https): http
Enter offline depot username: offadmin
Enter offline depot password: **********

On my Offline Depot:

Reproduction steps

  1. Specify any userid other than admin

Expected behavior

When prompted for a offline depot userid, this should be used for offline depot authentication.
