Please provide crd yamls for thoses crds #105

There is no cooresponding yaml defined with those crds when need, please see issue volcano-sh/volcano#2867

Describe the solution you'd like

a folder to put those crd yamls, like training-operator(tf,pytorch,mpi,etc): https://github.com/kubeflow/training-operator/tree/master/manifests/base/crds

Describe alternatives you've considered

It is avaiable at anytime
