Description: Volcano’s ecosystem docs are split across separate sites and repos (Volcano on volcano.sh, Kthena on its own Docusaurus site, AgentCube under agentcube/docs/agentcube). New users struggle to see how batch scheduling, LLM serving, and AI agent workloads fit together, and maintainers lack one place to navigate shared getting-started, versioning, and contribution paths. This project builds a unified documentation experience on the Volcano website (or a shared docs portal) that brings Volcano, Kthena, and AgentCube together—similar to how many CNCF projects present a parent project with subprojects under one docs home—without forcing every repo to give up its own source docs. The mentee should study the current site layouts, propose an information architecture (hub vs multi-instance vs mirrored sections), and implement navigation, cross-links, and a contributor workflow that keeps docs discoverable in one place.
