DBMerger says .NET 9.0.0 is missing, even though the runtime is installed

Not sure if I'm being really dumb about this, but:

As you can see - I have .net runtime 9.0.0 installed, but dbmerger just doesn't seem to see it.
Any suggestions?

By any chance, could you try to restart your terminal / powershell / cmd after installing it and try again? It might be due to path env var not being updated.

don't put the DBMerger into the same folder as VRCX that can cause issues with file dependencies it should be within its own folder, as for dotnet not being detected did you restart your terminal after installing dotnet? if you don't the path environments will not be updated and it wont detect the new installation.

I left it where the installer put it - which is the same folder
And yes, this is post-full-pc-restart
