[Bug] Friend Locations view starts jumping around after scrolling

Describe the bug
When the Friend Locations view is scrolled down just a little bit, it starts jumping around on its own, I'm guessing as people change locations and the list is updated. Sometimes the whole view gets scrambled too.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Friend Locations tab. The view is static when it is scrolled to the top.
2. Scroll down manually once. The view starts jumping around every few seconds.

Expected behavior
The scroll position should not make extreme jumps as the Friend Locations list gets updated.
