Yup it's a big one.

We need to develop a password-protected area for WWF moderators to manage problem reports..

"if it's not too much trouble, it would be useful for moderator to be able to look through the problems in (reverse)chronological order and sort the emails by area (proximity to big city?) and type of problem."
