css v-bind not working after build (production mode)

Steps to reproduce

1. npm run build
2. publish dist/ to nginx
3. browse url: /HmBgCard in development & production mode. They are different!

What is expected?

v-bind work in production mode

What is actually happening?

css v-bind not working in production mode, but working in development mode
