Provide information on the methodologies used #382

@jenstrickland

Description

@jenstrickland

Recommend adding a section on Methodology to describe what research methodologies are being used in the work.

From reviewing the document it appears that methods may include literature review and environmental scan.

Note: I filed this issue at the request of @matatk:

During the CfC, you gave some great feedback on the COGA Research Modules, mainly around managing expectations, and improving clarity about the scope and remit of the work [1].
This is exactly the sort of thing that COGA wants to hear about, and will improve the reading experience for everyone, and thus make the documents more effective.
We think it’d be a great idea for you to file the feedback on the Research Modules’ repo [2] as an issue, so they can address it.
