currently there's no way to remotely (ie without plugging in anything) check the status of the board while it's running.

During pre-launch tests, we want a way to request live status reports from the board via CAN.

Example idea:

  1. we send a "request sd card status" CAN msg to processor board
  2. processor board does some internal check, or simply reads the latest status update via health checks module?
  3. processor board sends a "sd card status" CAN msg back
