I've given it a go myself - the only major breaking changes appear to be in moveit_servo, everything else builds fine. It appears to be related to the removal of ChangeControlDimensions and ChangeDriftDimensions:
It also builds fine with ros-jazzy-moveit-servo instead of the local branch, but the included launch.py throws some errors and motion planning doesn't work out of the box.
