The massive regeneration of all minutes HTML pages lost some manual HTML edits. In particular are a few recent changes I made for the TPAC meeting title and fixes on two pages to remove the links to audio files that don't exist. The tools should be updated to handle these cases so future regeneration works properly. I'm pretty sure that in the past there were more hand edits but it's difficult to find those in the large diff. Perhaps the tool could also avoid the "'" to "'" changes so it would be easier to find old edits that got lost.
