Some documents requires manual conversion

Some documents couldn't be migrated fully due to some issue during Markdown conversion work done by pandoc. Pandoc is great, but the pages that were marked with this issue could just not be converted properly. Except manually :(

In the meantime, we'll just pass the HTML version to the Markdown document and let the community refactor the contents later on.
