Redeploy accounts server in new production (and staging) environment

Running in staging https://accounts.webplatformstaging.org/ along with separate annotation service https://notes.webplatformstaging.org/

Was blocked for a while due to SSL certificate problem. In the end it was that I wasn’t using the same certificates as in production and therefore had to rework how I deploy SSL certificates.

In the end, production and staging certificates will have the same file names and effort will be made to make sure that in both environment, the domain name will have its equivalent.

Worked 3h on the issue, currently testing if it doesn’t break SSL communcation from all VMs and also with Fastly.

Also could spend time on #42 for blog.webplatform.org which is great.

Closed #22 for the blog due to SSL issues that were fixed while working on that particular issue.
